Terms and conditions

Kid Mania is a private property. For entrance to the premises it is upon acceptance or our rules and regulations. This informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure or personal information we receive from customers of Kid Mania. We will only collect information relevant for booking parties and registering children and parents. By using Kid Mania you agree to the collection and use of information accordance with this policy. We reserve the right to update or change our privacy policy at any time and you need to check this policy periodically. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the privacy policy on Facebook will constitute your acknowledgement. Entrance to Kid Mania will be deemed acceptance of modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified privacy policy. Contact us if you have any questions about this privacy policy and please contact us if you wish for your information held by us to be removed from registration documents. We will be happy to help.

With the current covid guidelines we have put in precautionary measurements to control the safety of this outbreak.
We ask that unless you are medically exempt then you must wear a face covering upon entrance to Kid Mania until you are seated at your table.
If you or anyone you have come into contact with show any symptoms then you are required to quarantine for 14 days.
If you or anyone you are bringing into Kid Mania are feeling unwell, not yourself and/or have any concerns, we ask that you stay home do not come to play.
Should you or your children develop any symptoms after attending Kid Mania, please note that we take no responsibility and it is at your own choosing to attend your play session.

Please always note that Kid Mania Ltd endeavour to maintain the highest level of health and safety and will continue to do so but children are the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians/carer and must always be supervised whilst on our premises.
If there is anyone within your group that suffer with allergies, it is also your responsibility to check with the member of staff before purchasing any of out products.

For health and safety reasons please note that customers must be wearing socks at ALL times and you are unable to bring food or drinks that aren’t purchased into our premises.

Please note that all payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you can not attend your booking then please contact us to reschedule. 

By acknowledging these terms and conditions you are agreeing to all our rules and regulations and confirming that noone in your group have any Covid symptoms.
